ACI Raspberry Delight Alveopora

Alveopora corals, part of the Acroporidae family, are large polyp stony (LPS) corals that boast a multitude of daisy-like polyps extending from their base. Each polyp contains 12 tentacles surrounding its mouth, resembling the appearance of Goniopora Corals. However, Alveopora differ in that they only have half the number of tentacles. These corals are highly sought after in the reef keeping hobby due to their forgiving nature.
